Meet Noa Gadot
I've spent 20 years inside companies at every stage, from global brands like Estée Lauder, to startups I built from scratch, to nonprofits navigating growth and change.
I've been in rooms where the strategy was perfect but something still felt off. I've seen brilliant companies lose their center not because the idea was wrong, but because the people inside stopped moving together. That gap between how things look and how they feel? That's where I've always paid attention.
I studied organizational consulting because I wanted language for what I was seeing. I built a startup because I wanted to live it. I led teams through uncertainty because that's where the real work happens.
